The Hot Springs County Clerk`s office is friendly and efficient and here to help you with many services.

Services

Our office has the responsibility of working with the County Commissioners to set the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. In fact, we interface with all County Departments and offices.

No marriage licenses processed after 4:00 pm

The County Clerk serves as the Chief Election Officer for the County and, as such, performs a variety of duties. These duties are performed in conformance with and as defined in the Wyoming Sate Statutes, Title 22.

Primary and General elections are held on even numbered years and occur in August and November respectively.
