HSC Covid-19 Incident Management Team Situation Report May 4, 2020 4:55 pm  

Updates will be provided on this website by the Unified Command twice daily. Wyoming laboratory confirmed cases are 444, 152 probable cases in Wyoming, 7 COVID-19 related deaths in Wyoming.

If you would like to submit a request for exception please send your request for information to tricia.mcphie@wyo.gov.

If you are having COVID-19 like symptoms and are uninsured, COVID-19 testing and the office visit costs will be covered under the Federal Cares Act.  Please call your healthcare provider before arriving at the clinic. According to the CDC a wide range of COVID-19 symptoms include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell. These symptoms range from mild symptoms to severe illness. These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. 

Hot Springs County test results to date include: 

  • 41 tests completed 
  • 2 positive test results 
  • 2 probable cases 
  • 1 recovered (results unavailable for Washakie resident)
  • 38 negative test results
  • 1 pending results
  • 48 individuals asked to isolate at home
