On January 19th, the County Commissioners appointed Terry to fill the unexpired term of Linda Harris. Terry has served five years as the Deputy Clerk of Court.
Leidy Karns has been hired to fill the post of Deputy Clerk of the District Court.

Child Support collections, disbursements & maintenance of case records
Criminal fines, fees and restitution collection, disbursements & maintenance of case records
Filing of Civil, Criminal, Probate, Guardianship, Juvenile and Adoption cases.

Facilitating access and/or copies (for fee) of the records of the Hot Springs County District Court, i.e., access to divorce and other civil records, probate records, criminal records and other public-access records. Information regarding appeals from the lower courts and appeals from this court to the Supreme Court is available.
