The Hot Springs County Clerk`s office is staffed with friendly and efficient personnel.  We offer the following services;

     Vehicle titles,  Security Agreements,  Accounting,  Fixed Assets,  Budgets,  Elections,  Marriages,  Insurance, Land Records, Liquor Licenses, and Budget.

Our office has the responsibility of working with the County Commissioners to set the budget for the upcoming fiscal year.  In fact, we interface with all County Departments and offices.
